How we work?

Goods with positive Intent…

We design and develop high quality sustainable unisex denim. We only choose eco-friendly fabrics that are responsibly woven and dyed for our garments.  We also source discarded denim from local manufacturers and industry peers; Re-use, Re-purpose & Re-engineer what would otherwise be discarded to create an original product that is uniquely yours. All of our denim is designed in Harlem, NY.

 

How do I determine my size on cut & made-to-order?

Click on the size guide and follow instructions on measuring. Our sizing is true to measurement. We suggest to size up if you'd like more room and size down if you'd like a tighter fit. Products with no stretch will be true to size with little ease. 

 

For Cut-to-order, can I change my size / address?

For our made and cut-to-order products, you can change your size up until we start production. And you can change your address before the order ships. Send us a note at customers@oakandacornbrand.com

 

Can I exchange or return an item after I receive it?

We allow a full refund on inventory. Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of receipt in its original condition. Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed and returned in the original garment bag. Merchandise must have all tags, including attached hangtags. 

We’ll do our best to facilitate swapping out unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unaltered items for a similar style or store credit.

 

Do you ship internationally?

We only ship to the US & Canada at this moment.

 

When do you ship?

Orders received after 5pm EST Monday-Friday will be processed the following business day. We ship on business days Monday through Friday, not including weekends and holidays.

 

Do you guys offer custom inseams?

We only offer the standard inseam lengths at this time.
